Staying, pausing and feeling the peace and quiet has become difficult in today's hectic society. The race starts in the morning after getting up: commute to work, stand in a traffic jam or squeeze into the crowded subway, arrive at the office, have a quick coffee, meetings, deadlines and customers without time.
